I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Saratoga County Young Republicans website. In addition, allow me to thank you for your interest, and give you some information about what are group stands for.

The goals of the Saratoga County Young Republicans are to promote, protect, and preserve the ideals of the Republican Party, otherwise known as the GOP or Grand Old Party. This is because our group believes that Republican ideologies are the strongest, best, and the brightest that our nation has ever seen. Without question, it has been GOP leadership that has helped to establish the United States as the gatekeeper of Democracy. That which is the greatest form of governance, because it allows all citizens the ability to actively participate, while giving them the freedom to persevere against all obstacles.

On the local level, the Saratoga County Republican Party has dedicated generations towards improving the political and economic circumstances of Saratoga County. This leadership has allowed Saratoga County to become one of the most successful across New York State, and certainly the most prosperous among many “upstate” counties. At the center, the City of Saratoga Springs has become a destination for many across the country and world.

For these reasons, the Saratoga County Young Republicans have found it imperative to become involved in local politics. The array of activities that one can participate in, and volunteer for are endless. In this group; a member can meet and communicate with local and State level candidates or elected officials, attend local, State, and National Republican conventions, assist in campaigns, meet socially with other members, volunteer for local charities, and most importantly; make a difference in the local political community.
